Pri tem se projekt pomembno naslanja na dose\u017eke projekta EUFolio, v okviru katerega je bil projekt ATS2020 tudi zasnovan. Temelj obeh projektov je t.i. na u\u010denca usmerjena pedagogika oziroma njena specifi\u010dna uresni\u010ditev imenovana formativno spremljanje (o\u017eje, Assessment for Learning AfL).
