Tone Kvernbekk, PhD: Na dokazih temelje\u010da praksa: le \u017eelja?"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr \/>\n<h3>Na dokazih temelje\u010da praksa: le \u017eelja?<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Na dokazih temelje\u010da praksa (evidence-based practice: EBP) je\u00a0klju\u010dna beseda v sodobnih strokovnih razpravah, ki vklju\u010dujejo tudi podro\u010dje izobra\u017eevanja.\u00a0Osredoto\u010da se na uporabo najbolj\u0161ih razpolo\u017eljivih dokazov za doseganje \u017eelenih rezultatov (ali prepre\u010devanje neza\u017eelenih). Medtem ko je EBP prakti\u010dna, pa dokazi temeljijo na raziskavah. EBP \u017eeli ustvariti znanje, ki deluje, zato je globoko vzro\u010dno: posegamo v obstoje\u010do prakso z namenom, da bi\u00a0dosegli rezultat ali ga izbolj\u0161ali.<br \/>\nV svoji predstavitvi bo predavateljica razpravljala o tem, katere raziskave lahko prispevajo k ustvarjanju u\u010dnih rezultatov v \u0161oli. Avtorica se osredoto\u010da na trditev, da je miselnost, da nam lahko raziskave razkrijejo, kaj deluje, le \u017eelja oblikovalcev politik (in raziskovalcev). Raziskave ne morejo povedati, kaj deluje v praksi.\u00a0Avtorica se bo osredoto\u010dala na vzroke (kako\u00a0razumemo vzroke za delovanje), metodologijo (kaj dejansko dokazujejo dokazi) in v ontologijo (v kolik\u0161ni meri menimo, da se konteksti razlikujejo).\u00a0Posku\u0161ala bo razlo\u017eiti, da raziskave pripovedujejo le polovico zgodbe in da bi morali\u00a0raziskovalci povedati drugo polovico, podrobneje pa bo pokazala, kaj bi obe zgodbi morali vsebovati.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pei.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Ljubljana_ppt.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PPT predstavitev<\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"prof. Its focus is the use of the best available evidence to bring about desirable results (or prevent undesirable ones). While EBP is practical in nature, the evidence is research-based. It is the ambition of EBP to produce knowledge that works, and it is therefore deeply causal: we intervene in an existing practice in order to produce an output or improve the output.<br \/>\nIn my presentation, I shall discuss what research can contribute to the production of learning outcomes in school. My main claim is\u00a0that policymakers (and researchers) who think that research can tell us what works indulge in wishful thinking. Research does not and cannot tell us what works in practice. My argument will require forays into causality (how we take causes to operate), into methodology (what the evidence actually tells us) and into ontology (to what degree we think contexts differ).
