Dr. Anne-Grete Kaldahl je izredna profesorica I na Metropolitanski univerzi v Oslu na Norveškem in izredna profesorica II na Univerzi v Bergnu. Glavna področja, na katerih deluje, so pedagoška psihologija, didaktika, ocenjevanje, komunikacija, govorno sporazumevanje in retorika v povezavi z demokracijo, državljanstvom, kritičnim mišljenjem, konceptoma Buildung in paideia, ter spretnostmi za življenje. V raziskovanju se osredinja na vprašanja kvalitetnega govornega sporazumevanja v šoli, njegovega ocenjevanja, poučevanja in razumevanja z vidika učencev in učiteljev. Dr. Kaldahl je doktorirala iz edukacijskih ved na Metropolitanski univerzi v Oslu z disertacijo «Izobraževalni izziv govornega sporazumevanja – retorični pristop: Raziskovanje in oblikovanje koncepta govornega sporazumevanja v norveških šolah». Trinajst let je poučevala kot učiteljica na osnovnih in nižjih srednjih šolah, sedaj je predavateljica na programih začetnega in nadaljnjega izobraževanja učiteljev na na Metropolitanski univerzi v Oslu. Bila je tudi koordinatorica nacionalnega govornega tekmovanja “Ta ordet!”. (Ujemi besedo!) na Univerzi v Bergnu.
Dr. Anne-Grete Kaldahl is an Associate Professor I at Oslo Metropolitan University, Oslo, Norway, and an Associate Professor II at the University of Bergen. Her primary interests lie in educational psychology, didactics, assessment, communication, oracy and rhetoric in school related to democracy, citizenship, critical thinking, buildung (identity formation/paideia) and life skills. Her research focuses on what constitutes high-quality oracy in schools and how oracy is assessed, taught, and understood from both a student and teacher perspective. Dr. Kaldahl earned her PhD in educational science at OsloMet with a thesis titled: “The Educational Challenge of Oracy – A Rhetorical approach: Exploring and Articulating the Oracy Construct in Norwegian Schools.” She has 13 years of experience as a teacher in primary and lower secondary schools and instructs teachers in pre- and post-education programs at OsloMet. She has also served as the coordinator for the national speech competition “Ta ordet!” (Seize the word!) at the University of Bergen.
